Where to download sp3, the non internet installation version?

I would like to download a version of sp3 that doesn't require the internet
for installation. I'm sure it exists because I've seen reference to it, but
haven't been able to find it on the Microsoft download site. I'd appreciate
it if someone could direct me to the correct site.

Are you sure you don't want to be completely up to date and get SP4?
