Where to download background music for adding to videos

Where can I get different types of background music from to add to the
video? Is there a site that specialises in this sort of thing that
anyone can recommend?

By background music I mean music that sets the appropriate mood, slow
paced for a quite scene of a summers garden, something faster for a
fairground scene etc.
