Where the hitachi HDD diagnosis tool?

Look like my old 30Gb 75GXP is finally dying on me, well its lasted
longer than most. A few times during boot it made repeated muffled
clicks and then a metalic whine about every 10 seconds then cause the
machine to either lock up or reboot.

I know its almost certainly terminal but I want to see if I can extend
its life a little longer but I cant find where to download the
IBM/Hitachi tool I need to check the drive. Where can I download it?
