If you downloaded Microsoft Tinker then that should be in the Games folder.
The only other Vista 'extras' would be dreamscene files and you will find
those by right clicking on your desktop, selecting Personalize from the drop
down menu, then selecting Background from the list in the window that
appears. When the 'choose a desktop background' window opens, click the
arrow to the right of the 'Location' dialogue box and select Windows
Dreamscene Content.
The Dreamscene content is only available in Vista Ultimate
