where is this setting please?

Where's the setting that'll keep Vista and IE 7 from alphabetizing all my
menus? I'm getting tired of rearranging them all the time.

Wow, as they say. That's one of the few things I consider an
unqualified improvement in Vista.
 
If you click on headers in Explorer it will toggle views. For instance, click
on Name and it will reverse to Z-A with folders on bottom, click again to see
A-Z. Click on date to arrange by dates--click again to change order. The
default is arrange by Name. Ditto for every column. You cannot change the
alphabetizing, but you can add numbers or add another View and arranging by
that. Right click on headers and choose More. There's everything you can
think of in the list and you can more. For IE7, I just number the order I
want or put an A in front.
