Where is the toolbox?

I can not find the toolbox. Is there some way that I may have inadvertently
hid it? I have looked everywhere. It is not on the toolbar nor does it pop up
on the page.I looked in help but it is not in the location listed. I know its
probally a simple explanation but I am completely stumped. Help!

Open either a Form or Report in Design View and then right-click on a
clear space in the menu bar. Toolbox will be one of the unselected
items
