Do you have standard, advanced, and menu bars checked off? You can reset your
toolbar back to default by closing Outlook, doing a search for the outcmd.dat
file and renaming it (try outcmd.dat_old) and then restarting Outlook. You
can also open Outlook with the /cleanviews switch as well. Good luck.
