Where is the remote reboot button gone

With the Computer management consol you could connect to a remote machine
and reboot it. you can no longer do this from Vista as far as I can find.
Dose any one know where it has moved to, or if it still exists

Run shutdown.exe /i. This will bring up the remote shutdown dialog. Add
the computers to the list that you want to shutdown or reboot, specify what
you want the PC to do (shutdown, reboot, etc). You'll also have the option
to warn users prior to the shutdown, as well as specify the reason for the
shutdown/reboot.
