I upgraded to Office 2003. My Invoice Toolbar is not there.
I have used the invoice template for years. How do I get
it back. Please help!
Thanks...

There is no invoice toolbar in Excel that I know of. Most likely you had a
custom template or add-in with your old version of Excel. Look in the
templates and add-ins directories to see if it is still there.

There has been an Invoice toolbar in every version of
Excel back to Excel 95. The toolbar name is in the
Invoice.xlt template. The question is how do I put it back
into the toolbar list?

I'm sure you are right, but there is no invoice.xlt that I can find in Excel
2002. You can copy the template from an older version of Excl but I'm not
sure if the copy will include the associated toolbar. In any event, you
would have to find someone with an older version of Excel and copy the
template over.

There may have been an Invoice toolbar going way back on *YOUR* PCs if they
all automatically loaded this INVOICE.XLT file. I don't have such a beast on
my system, and have never had such a toolbar.

If you no longer INVOICE.XLT, you're out of luck. If you do have it, do you
get the Invoice toolbar back when you open a new invoice workbook based on
the INVOIVE.XLT template?

Still no luck.....
I went back to my Office 97 install disks. I copied the
original Invoice.XLT into my templates and loaded it, the
invoice toolbar is not on the list but is in the template,
as it is in my current template, but will not run. Excel
2003 will not use it for some reason. I will now uninstall
Excel 2003 and go back to Excel 2002.

Thanks for you suggestions.

The Answer: The Excel 2003 install erased the Template
Wizard and Data Tracking add-in file WZTEMPLT.XLA.
The DataBaseLink macro is still in the Invoice.xlt file.

1. Re-Install the WZTEMPLT.XLA add-in
2. Create buttons and link to the macros.

Thanks
