Where is the setting to open Internet Explorer 7 tabs in the BACKGROUND?
I love tabs. So I downloaded the IE7 beta. It has tabs but I can't find the
option to open the tabs in the background! The use model is, for example:
a. Search google for a topic, say, for "ie7 tabs open background".
b. This finds lots of pages.
c. You right click on a few enticing links and open the pages in a tab in the
background.
d. You *never* leave the google page until you're ready.
e. No other page opens up in your face. You go to those other pages when
you're ready.
f. As Firefox has had background tabs forever, I'm sure IE7 has it.
But where?
Where is the option to open IE7 tabs in the background?
HINT: It's not in Tools > Internet Options > Tabs > Settings
X Always switch to new tabs when they are created
I know all about tabs (at least in Firefox) where there is an option to open
all new tabs in the background.
