Where is the Icon of Item?

Hello,

Does anybody know how to change the icon of a custom form?
My customized contact have a note icon and I do not find the file, where the
contact icon is placed.

In design mode, for OL2003, you click the Properties page, and on the left
side you will see icons for your form that are labeled Change Large Icon and
Change Small Icon.

I did already find the customization part of the properties page.
I was looking for the files, where the icons by theirselfes are located.
But, I even found them in C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\FORMS\1031.
