Where is the help

My OS is vista basic. Suddenly the help and support (from start menu) has
disappeared.
It's says: internet explorer can not d/l from help.
will you help me?

As a side note,
for quick help about any program you are currently using
Press the F1 key
So if you are using Internet Explorer, it will bring up Internet Explorer
help
etc..
(this is true on all MS Operating systems)
