Where is the deleted file folder

How do I find the deleted file folder or the sent item file folder. It was
easy on Outlook Express, but I can't find these folders on Microsoft Windows.

Go to Tools | Options | Advanced | Maintenance | Store Folder.
 
The individual eml files (messages) for a given folder are located under
subdirectories of the Local Folders subdirectory under the
%USERPROFILE%\appdata\local\Microsoft\Windows Mail directory. For the exact
location, see Frank's response.
