where is the control panel?

I cannot understand; why do people have to struggle? You bought a PC to served you and not the other way around. Tell us what is
your purpose to open your Control Panel?

Not only next time BUT always let your PC do the hard work. All PC suppose to serve us. If you want to find or search anything
inside your computer; do these: click Start > Search > For files or Folders > select For Files and Folders > type Control Panel >
press Enter key and wait for results found > click any one to check if right.

If you mean Windows Control Panel it is just on top the Search menu under Setting > Control Panel. This is more quicker than Search.

PowerPoint have only Control ToolBox. Now, which one?

Assuming you have Windows XP on your computer, click Start. When the start
menu pops you, you should see Control Panel on the list on the right hand side.
