Where is the best place to post?

I am developing a solution using fax services and I am getting an error "Fax
server API version does not support the requested operation". I can not find
any information on this anywhere. I have posted here - below - and earlier
in the .Net General newsgroup - with no luck. Where would be the most
relevant place to post this question in an attempt to find someone who may
have experienced this?
