Where is telnet and hyperterm?

I'm not a real fan of hyperterm, but I do use it for serial connections to
console ports.

I can not find hypertrm or telnet in Vista. Are they there?

I don't see HyperTerminal but Telnet must be added from Programs as an
optional feature.

Control panel > programs > programs and features. Turn Windows Features On
or Off. Telnet can be installed from there. Hyperterminal, as far as I am
aware, is no longer available.

The slightly upgraded (and free) version that Hilgrave (who made it
for MS) is still available, although it's not been updated since 19
October 2000.....
