Where is Slobodan?

Googling showed me that Slobodan Brcin has not posted to this group for two
months (last post 31 January). It would be a great loss if here were no
longer active here.

Konstantin has also not been around for about a month. Those two
are/were the best resource of this group.

I certainly miss them.

They are both very valuable resources, but it's encouraging to see that
there are other well informed and helpful folks sharing their experiences
with the community and it's very much appreciated.

I know that Konstantin and Slobodan are working on other projects besides
just XPe nowadays so it's understandable that their presence in the
newsgroup isn't going to be what it used to from time to time. They continue
to be MVPs for our team because of the value they provide in other
capacities besides the newsgroup.

One other note, we also keep an eye out for other 'influencers' and
potential 'MVPs' which includes folks that give of their time and knowledge
to support this online community and promote the platform. I welcome any
input you have in this regard, feel free to communicate with us via wecrt @
microsoft.com .

XPe is certainly just a very small part of my job. I work for a small
company and am expected to do everything. :-) I feel confident that
had either of them been here, I wouldn't have just spent 2 long days
creating a boot CD.
They continue to be MVPs for our team because of the value they
provide in other capacities besides the newsgroup.

That's good to hear. I really appreciate the effort they (and others)
put into the newsgroups. I often learn something even when I'm
not being helped directly.

And for those of us that do ask for help:

Please come back and let everyone know how you solved your problem
even when the help given here didn't fix your problem. groups.google.com
archives all the messages and your solution may help someone in a
similar position later.

For your CD-Boot issues, did the blog articles posted by Matt Kellner help
at all?
