Can you tell me where the .pst file is located. I saw it once and cannot
seem to locate it again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

By default it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

You can also locate the file by using
Rightclick the root folder (probably Outlook Today)-> Properties-> button
Advanced-> field Filename

Depending on what operating system you are using it should basically be
loacted in C:\Documents and Settings\{Profile Name}\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. If you are unable to find the
..pst file this way you can always do a search for it using the following
steps:
1. Go to Start -> Search.
2. Click on "All files and folders".
3. Now go to Tools -> Folder Options and Select the View tab.
4. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is Selected and then
Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" and Click OK.
5. Now on the line labeled "All or part of the file name:" type in *.pst
and Click Search.

I hope this information is helpful.
