Where is Outlook Data Stored

Hi,

Just been helping someone who has Windows XP / Office XP.

Without going in to more detail (unless necessary to help
me here), his OZ would not start and we could not recover
it so we installed another copy of WIN XP to another
directory and quite rightly now have the option of
booting from either OS at start up.

We have proceeded to copy all his important files to CD
as backup.

He uses Outlook and I was wondering if there is a
folder / files I can copy to a CD in the same way I can
with Outlook Express and then import these at a later
stage into Outlook when we format his disk and reinstall
XP and office.

... or is there another way to get this important data.
email, schedule, address book and whatever elese he would
have in there?
