where is outlook contacts data stored

My machine crashed -- Ive nearly resolved everything but am unable to
identify the Outlook Contacts and Calendar data file in order to replace the
new default data file with the backed up data file (presumably i backed it
up since everything in "documents and settings" has been backed up). Where
is Outlook Contact and Outlook Calendar data stored?
