Where is OL Beta to be Found?

I would like to add OL2007 Beta to my Vista RC1 setup. I can only find
technical refresh which I understand requires OL Beta to already be
installed. I can't seem to find OL 2007 to download. Where is it?
 
On the beta preview page, use the Get the Beta Now button to take you to the page where you can select your country and versions of Office.

Outlook is not listed as a standalone program but is part of Office Professional Plus.
