where is my Macro's option in VS 2005?

I'm trying to create a new macro and there doesn't appear to be any way to
do this??

The help info says select Tools | Macro ... but Macro is not listed on my
Tools menu?

Any suggestions?

There is a Macros entry in my VS 2005 Pro Tools menu whether or not I have a
project or web site open. It displays a submenu with several options. If
you really don't have the Macros entry in your Tools menu, I'd suggest a
repair install.
 
No Macro entry in my Tools Menu -- however if I hit Alt + F11 it does load
the Macro Explorer and I can go from there.

Very bizarre.
