Where is Msconfig?

Hi,
Am I losing it. Dell has just told me to use the msconfig
utility in XP. How do I get it on there? I went to Start -
Run - typed msconfig and I get an error stating it can't
find it. I did a seach - nothing. Tried copying the
files over to I don't know where, but it did not work and
it saved the copy as msconfig.ex_ - Now on older vs. of MS
Windows I could find msconfig and a file that was named
*.ex_ I could easily rename (which I've also found
difficult in XP). Where is MSCONFIG????? I would really
appreciate any help.

Thanks

should help you fix this. (No, I do NOT memorize such arcanum, but Id
did find and post this source for someone on Annoyances.Com yesterday,
so I had a reference to the source.)

This was great thanks. Now I have some screen prints of
what I want, but how do I set it up to stay like that? It
wants to go to normal setup.
