Where is Hotmail?

I have not been able to connect to my Hotmail account for the past 2 days.
It's currently Sunday PM 7:30 PM. When I click on the Hotmail link, the
browser window just goes white, and nothing happens. I tried it also in my
SBC Yahoo browser, so it's not my IE browser. Are they repairing something
this weekend, or is it something else?
