Where i get my Activation Code for Windows Vista?

I`ve tried every site, i`ve still not tried hacks for vista, i was trying to
find on Microsoft site... but i cant find it....

Thats my error: When i click in "Activate Windows Online now", i see a
green loading bar, when its get more less 2%, stops and appears: "Your
Computer Could not Connect to the online activation service". i've trying do
that since yesterday ( 2day is 8/6/2006 ). the MSN service works, IE works,
SA-MP works, everything works, but not: Activate Windows Now, Windows
Update.... i can only update Windows using the KB database, dowloading the
files and installing manually... by the way, i get this error when try update
Windows Vista: Code 8024402C...

If the Messenger works, IE works, samp works, but the default windows files
wont work, what i should do to fix this? And, where i get my Activation Code?
I'Ve tried call my local microsoft support ( brazil ), but they dont have
Vista support yet... is there any fix to this? please answer fast, i just
have 12 days evaluation left =(

Thanks for the try, but still fails when trying to connect... can't someone
send me a Activation Code or is a unique code? is there a way to disable the
countdown or freeze it without inserting the code? i dont wanna keep
reinstalling the Vista every 14 days... =/

Chances of getting an activation code out of anyone here are pretty slim.
(It even borders on illegal, if not hopping right over the fence of it...)
Try writing a letter to Microsoft and ask them for one.
 
It is based on your Product Key and your hardware id's. It is hashed by an
algorithm and unique for your machine. All that would happen if you tried
to write someone else's to your registry is that it would trigger
re-activation the next time the computer started up because the hardware had
changed.
 
Depending on what country you are in...if you disable your internet
connection and try to activate it should fail and then ask you if you want to
activate over the phone and as far as I know the phone activation for Vista
is up and running...I just used it the other day when I put the latest build
on one of my new machines.

When i called the MS Support via phone, they asked for a code, its 9
"pieces" with 6 digits... no problems to find, but when i send the MS mail,
do i need give this code? if i give the code over here, can someone make the
act. code for me?

supports... they take days to answer, now they answered all my questions in
one day =)

( i reinstalled my Vista =þ, i got 14 days left again, but i need download

Yew..... is there any keygen/site/activation code creator that i can enter
the Code the phone answers and get my activation code?? i got 10 days left
before i lose everything!!! please help me!!!!
 
Try clicking Start and type slui 4 in the box, press enter and it should take
you through the phone activation process
 
Since it's only a test box, just reformat and reinstall every two weeks.
Besides, RC1 will be out soon.

1°: Thanks to everybody, y'all trying to help me to fix this bug ( i think )

2°: theres NO support for Vista on Brazil YET.

3°: My Vista is 100% GENUINE, i donwloaded in july, 15th and registered with
my MSN account, and MS sent me the PRODUCT KEY ( not the ACTIVATON CODE )

4°: I Clicked REGISTER ONLINE, but when i register, nothing happens and i
dont get any mail about the actv. code

5°: Im just asking for a keygen/site because i started gettin' crazy with
this activation system fail, as a beta test, it shouldn't have an activation
code......

6°: Hopefully someone or something will help me fix this

7°: I've tried change my internet card, but still wont work

8°: I have an Router, does this block the connection? Never blocked MSN,
games, XP updates and server hosting.

Hopefully someone will answer this in time... 10 days left...
 
1) Your welcome
2) There is no official support for Vista in the US either, we are all just
users.
3) Your product key is all you need. Go to control panels-system...look
towards teh bottom where it talks about Activation. Click activate now. You
do not need to register..nor will you get any responce if you do.
4) Registering does not do anything for you
5) There is not user added activation code
6) Should work
7) SHould not be the problem
8) It should not...but if there is a problem, it should tell you.

First of all, you are asking for a "keygen" on a microsoft newsgroup.
"keygens" are, typically, for pirating software. THAT IS ILLEGAL. (Even in
Brazil) Besides, if you find a "keygen site" for it, PLEASE let us know so
we can all ridicule the author for wasting time writing a keygen for such an
early, horrible build.

There is no support for Vista ANYWHERE. It hasn't been released yet.

You will have to call Microsoft's US number to activate by telephone. If
you can't activate by internet, that is simply how you will have to do it.

It MAY be that your router is blocking the activation, but not likely. If
you are able to connect to the internet within Vista, then that shouldn't be
the problem.

It doesn't matter if your Vista is 10% genuine. It's only a BETA, which
means it's not really worth worrying over. If, on the otherhand, you made
your "MAIN PC" (The one that you need to do your everyday/business
computing on) into the beta system and don't have your old OS system to fall
back on when it dies, then you really might want to consider not using beta
software, as, if that's the case (and from your posts it sounds like it is,
due to your frantic "I will lose everything" statements) you may want to get
a bit more experience of how NOT to ruin your PC and data files before you
try any more BETA OSs.
 
I was asking for a keygen because i cant find anywere in MS Site the act. code.

This is the MAIN PC of my house, theres more 2 pc's, but i use that for main
pc, BUT, im not that dumb, i just installed Vista in another HDD just for
testing and loved it!

I Still got win XP, but i preffer use Vista, because is faster and better

theres no workaround to this activation code? Do i really need do a
international call just for an activation? theres no way to disable the
countdown?

( And Mill, i know keygens are for illegal softwares, but when you cant find
your original key anywhere ( in that way, i cant find my activation code =P
), you should use the keygens, or you will be stuck on the installation. My
Vista isnt a Warez program, i got on MS Servers ( lot slow, but finished fine
) )

( I Still got my product key, and, if i keep reinstalling my Vista, it will
count on the "this key supports 10 pcs" ( like, reinstalling vista will count
9, again, 8...? ) )

( Vista, amazing program, its cool to use, easy, fast, lot of functions....
this is the windows i was trying to get ^^ thanks to MS. )

Just type "Vista Keygen" in google...

( LoL, i wasnt trying to get a real keygen this time, i just done that for
fun, to see if someone has already made a Keygen for this.... )

No, perhaps you misunderstood the limitation clause. In effect, you may
install Vista Beta 2 5384.4 on the same computer as many times as you would
like to install it. You may install it on 10 different computers with the
same Product Key.

There was an update for Vista 5384.4 regarding Activation. Have you applied
this update?

You shouldn't need to make an international call...if you took the advice in
my post above, you woul have been presented with a list where you can select
your country and it will give you a number to call to activate Vista. I know
that the US and Canada have toll free numbers they can call. I havent
checked Brazil so I do not know if they have a toll free number or not (I'm
currently in XP or I'd check)

Once again...click Start, type in slui 4 <enter> and it will open the
activate by phone screen.

Please stop asking for a keygen, as a keygen would give you a new product
key, not the activation code that you actually need.
 
Thanks anyway, i installed the updates, thanks, fixed my 2nd problem (
Windows Update cant connect ). But i have the Act. Code problem yet, cmon
guys, i got 7 days left.

Theres a Toll-Free on Brazil, i've tried that in
the 1st time, but the normal toll is paid, and is in another city, about...
500 km far here i think ( Yeah... Brazil's giant )

And, thats more for a bug
report, i got a NVidia GeForce FX 5200 128MB, when i install the NVidia Vista
x86 drivers, my NFS MW wont work ( texture wont load and leads to a system
crash ), but the AERO system for Vista works normally, i installed the
XP/2000 drivers to my video card, NFS MW worked fine, but the AERO system
wont loads up and GTA San Andreas ( when using Anti-aliasing level 1 and 2 (
Level 3 works fine... dont know why ) ) mixes the textures, and crashes.... I
contacted Nvidia for this, and they said to use the Vista drivers and report
this error to EA Games, EA said to use the XP drivers, and Rockstar Games
said to disable the Anti-Aliasing ( worked ). But now i dont know what i
should do... and the funny thing: NFS HP2, GTA3, GTAVC works perfectly fine
with the Vista Drivers.... is this a Engine problem? i've tried reinstall the
games once, but the error continues

I've tried the x64 drivers, ill never use a 64 driver anymore. ( Superb
system crash )





***REMEMBER***

We're talking about my ACTIVATION CODE for Vista,
but i used this post to report a bug, i dont wanna spam the MS Help And
Support.
