Where have the themes gone?

Just installed the latest release of Vista and I find it just has one default
theme. Where are all the other themes that Vista was supposed to have?
 
Windows Vista has four themes, right click the Desktop, click Personalize >
Visual Appearance > Classic Appearance Options > there you will see themes
listed, Classic, Standard, Aero Basic and Aero (if you have a video card
that supports it).
