Where dos FP2003 keep Themes information?

I seem to remember that FP2003 keeps files for non-graphical themes (such as
Bars) in some deeply-buried folder. I need to edit a non-graphical
theme/style (such as bars) and save as a new style. Could some kind soul
please tell me where those files are located?

The formats for the Nav bars are stored in the folder
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1033\botstyle
In the file NAVBARS.INI
Make a copy of the file (for backup)
Add you own using one of the existing styles as a template
