Where does this video file get stored on my system?

On 6/26/2007 10:08 AM On a whim, Doc pounded out on the keyboard
I see swf mentioned in the url but when I do a search under .swf this
file doesn't appear. It must be stored somewhere since when I bring
the same url up again it loads immediately.

Depends on your browser. Most likely in the cache folder of the
browser, but sometimes in the temp folders. In Firefox, you can view a
log of files associated with a download, although many times the file
downloaded doesn't have the same name. It might just be a combination
of alphanumeric characters.

Since you post to microsoft.public groups, and to 24houridiot.desk, I know
you're too dense to have it explained to you... You need to enable even
being able to see the directories they're in, and you have to do it from a
different account. That's above the abilities of anyone in those groups.

Go download "Agent Ransack" and search for them.

The sub-directories under:
C:\Documents and Settings\Doc\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\

Why don't you just play (and thus learn about) with your ****ing computer
instead of having to be spoon-fed crap that's pretty damn obvious?

In IE ... Tools - Internet Options - in Browsing History select 'Settings' -
View Files.is probably easiest, but there are many other ways to see
downloaded files.

If that were true, why does the file go through an obvious "download"
period, with a visible progress bar on the applet? Any time I've
played the JibJab stuff I've been able to find the .swf file on the h/
d just by doing a search for .swf files.

Because they get fed up of cunts who can't be arsed to google or simply
learn stuff for themselves, asking the same ****ing questions every time

A very simple search or 'play' with your computer would easily give you
loads of clues, but no, you want to be spoon fed the answer or answers, one
of which I provided but which you snipped from your inane reply, with a
view, possibly, to attempt to make me look small.
