As I posted a few days ago, the send message to mobile device is acting
exteremly flakey, and has only gotten worse today.
I just rebooted the machine running account A (see below) and account B
still does not see that messages can be sent to the mobile device, while
account C can still see that said messages can be sent.
To top that off, account A cannot see that the friend (described below) can
have messages sent to mobile device, I could before the reboot.
