Hi all,

Can anyone help me to find out logs for scandisk in xp, when scanning a
volume other than C (or system drive).

When I try to scan the system drive, it schedules a scan for the next
boot and i find the log information in Application Logs. But when i try
to scan any other drive for errors, it scans the drive and informs that
there was no error.

Is there any way where i can find what all it scanned and the detailed
result?

Thanks in advance.

You're asking about "scandisk" in WinXP. AFAIK, there is
no "scandisk" in WinXP, and this is a Win2000 newsgroup,
not a WinXP newsgroup.

If you mean "chkdsk" then you need to look in the Event
Viewer, both on Win2000 and WinXP.
