Where do I find filters so that I can filter out some emails?

What version of Outlook? What exactly do you want to filter and from where?
What have you already tried? We need a lot more information to go on...

Thank you for responding, I have 9.0 microsoft outlook 2000. I have done the
updates though. I want to keep unwanted and adult content emails from
entering my inbox and my daughters inbox. I can't find filters anywhere in my
program to start this process. Also can you recommend software that will stop
these if the filter doesn't?
Thank you,

With OL 2000, your junk and adult mail filtering is limited. The first
place to look is in the files Junk Senders.txt and Adult Senders.txt in the
folder %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook. You can edit them with Notepad and
insert any portion of an address in them. For example, if the sender is
(e-mail address removed), you can add "badstuff", "pornsite", or even ".info"
to filter the incoming mail. However, by default, OL 2000's Organize
function merely colors the subjects of mail caught by these two files. You
may be able to have Outlook delete the messages, too, but I don't have OL
2000 here to check at the moment.

A better bet might be to get a third-party junk mail filter.
http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/ is a free one.
