where do I find DATA1.msl for outlook 2000?

I went from microsoft 98 and updated it to microsoft xp pro, know when I try
to open my email it comes up with an error stating that I need to input the
file DATA1.MSL.

That's "data1.msi" and it will be on your Office CD.
