Where did my User name go?

I was trying to set up my home network with a wireless router. On my laptop
I restarted and I don't have my user name or password. I just have the turn
off option. Please Help!!

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice in succession, then log on
as Administrator with the Administrator's password.
You can then look at "Users" in the Control Panel.
