Where can you either get, or create Powerpoint themes?

I use a lot of Powerpoint and need to change themes. I can create my own
backgrounds and so forth, but have a hard time matching fonts and font colors
to make it look as professional as I would like.
Is there a web-site that will let you build themes, or can anyone tell me a
good site to download themes?

I believe it was you that brought it to my attention... Or was it Julie?
Whoever it was I very much appreciate it as my sense of colour is, er,
'interesting' to say the least :-)

If you are talking about finding inspiration/good design, I find this
utility from adobe really useful for creating colour schemes:

Hm. I think maybe Cheryl Wise mentioned it to me and I mentioned it to you.
So we can all give a big thanks to Cheryl!
