You can't, only the developers can.

So that you can talk about it here and if the developers are looking they
could possible find the report, although out of millions it would be a
miracle if they did...I'm only going on what has been posted several times
in these groups about the self-same question.

I want to see my bug online.

Thanks.

Sorry. Windows is closed-source. Instead, install Linux, find something
wrong and then file a bug report. Then you and the whole world can view it.

Okay thanks Peter.
Would be nice if someone could help me out with my problem. I did post about
it yesterday but didn;t get any replies as far as I can see.

I cannot carry out a performance rating assessment. (was able to in beta 2
using same hardware).
It goes through the rating test then at the end gives an error - assessment
unable to complete due to an error with the operating system, drivers or
some other component"

What do you make of that? I have the same hardware, same drivers. It just
won't work this time round.

If you can't help just say so.

Beck look for drivers that aren't working/missing/not installed etc.

You might want to post again with an appropriate heading.

Hello Beck,

Try running windows update to make sure you have all the updated drivers,
and then remove any usb devices, and try the assessment again.

HI Peter,

I did have a driver issue. The sound driver that Vista automatically
installed was popping up with a dialogue box to say that it was not
compatible with Vista. I installed the XP drivers and didn't get that
message. But still the assessment failed. I downloaded the Vista Beta
drivers from realtek (ac97) and they give same error - not designed for
Vista. Windows Update is advising me there is a driver ready to download
but it is the same as the original driver and it does not work.
I had this problem with Beta 2 Vista but it did not affect the performance
rating assessment.
I shall look into again in a moment and then post a new post I think. I
have filed a bug report on this.
All drivers for the system are present and correct and none have issues.
Although I have noticed that sound and something else are sharing IRQ of 21.
Not sure how to fix this.

I wish I was more technically minded. I can't offer a solution sorry.
