Unfortuantely I am not using a newgroup reader but the MS
Communities, and I do not have an option to attach a
screenshot.

Yes, you do have a news reader, it comes with Windows, its called Outlook
Express, unless you are at work on a network where it is not enabled through
Exchange to support NNTP.
