Where can I redownload Vista Ultimate upgrade if reimmaged to XP

I have my license key for vista ultimate but cannot find a link to redown
load it please help
 
I looked in there and it does not show any archive or purchase history but I
do have my cd code, is there an alternitive download location as I apperantly
did not do something right on the origonal download.
