Where can I post a question on Zone Alarm

Every time I start the computer I get a " Common Client user Session"
request What the heck is that? Every time I say no, and I have, things go
wrong, things don't work with my online connection. Who is sabotaging me
with this. I need to post this question to the proper NG I know, but where
do I go. Any help is appreciated......Peter
