Where can I obtain UPHClean 1.5b?

My company is having intermittent problems with profiles
locking on remote users laptops. We have installed UPH
Clean 1.2 on all our remote users' laptops AND have
applied the fix referred to in MS KB Article 828153, but
the problem persists.

Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy of the latest
version of UPHClean 1.5b? Many thanks!

Microsoft has now a public description and download location
for the UPHClean Service.

A service to help with slow log off and unreconciled profile caused
by profile hive unload problems.

Symptoms of these problems include events in the application event
log with source Userenv and event id 1000 where the message text
indicates a profile unload problem and the error is Access is denied
or event id 1517 or 1524.

Only available in ENglish AFAIK and currently is
Version 1.5c

"not much changed from v1.5b -- basically a repackage to make it
suitable for the Microsoft download site"
