where can I make mailing labels

I am at a loss finding a way to print labels for land mailing.
What do I use, Excel, Office,other?
Help, Christmas is on the way.

Tools, Letters and Mailing, Envelopes and Labels OR Tools, Envelopes and
Labels depending on your version of Word.
