where can i get the addin MEgaStats for excel?

It comes with the text Essentials of Business Statistics by Bruce Bowerman
ISBN 0073319880. I teach from this book and MegaStat is a very good package.
However, it does not run well on Excel 07. It runs, but not well.
Hopefully it will be updated to accommodate.
