Where can I get a 64-bit Visual C++??

Does it exist yet?

We've got an HP ZX6000 Itanium 2 and would like to
port/test our apps.

No such thing (Yet). You can download the Platform SDK, which includes a
command-line compiler for Itanium, but you'll have to do something else for
an IDE.

Command line compiler is fine but actually, I can't
download it... MS's download utility apparently doesn't
run on a 64-bit machine.
