Where can I find the gpolmig.exe tool ?

I have tried hunting down this tool on the web . Everyone
talks about using it but I cannot find a link to download
it. I have tried the "Online Concierge" for technet but
they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

Can anyone help.

I'm not aware of a download location, but this tool ships as part of the
Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit. If you have a TechNet subscription,
you'll find it on the CD of that name. That's the only place it can be
obtained, as far as I know.

Unfortunately, it is not among the selection of tools that are offered as
part of the free Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools.
