Where can I find terms and conditions of sale

I've been serching for a long time to find some kind of General terms and
conditions of sale statement for my company . I am not having much luck. If
anyone knows where I can find it I would be very gratefull

Well, you won't find them on a technical support newsgroup for the
database software Microsoft Access... sorry!

Such terms will be very different in rural Idaho, downtown London,
Bangladesh, and Beijing; and people from all these places frequent
this newsgroup. I would strongly suggest that you contact someone
local to YOUR area, perhaps a Chamber of Commerce or a local college
with a business program.
