Where can I find "Disable Windows Explorer Address Bar" ? in Policy setting?

I'm setting up Policy for my domain users.
And I don't want my user to be on the internet.
So I disabled Icon in desktop and Prevent running "iexplorer.exe"
But on windows explorer I still have address bar where user can access and
again internet access...
Is there way to disable or prevent using of Windows explorer's Address Bar?

Hello Kimish,

Try "iexplore.exe" instead.
