Where can I find and open source standard compliant menu control?

Does anyone know where I can find a decent standards compliant menu
control to replace the .Net 2.0 Menu controls (and tree control for
that matter!)

At present the control renders as a table rather than the better ul.

Ideally I would like a control that simply replaces the standard menu
control so I can still use the sitemap provider architecture, which I
think is very good!

Infact if anyone knows a good source of open source .net controls that
would be great
