where can I find a list of xml tags for Ribbon images/icons?

working on customizing the ribbon and need a list of the xml tags for icons.
Would also like to know what the xml coding is for using your own custom
images.

The tag-names are shown in parentheses when you float your cursor on top of
the various commands under "Custom", under ...Options, in the Office Button.
