Decide what other types of information you want to record about each
car (make, model, builder, date acquired or built, ... whatever).
Access is HORRIBLE at handling image data, though. The database bloats
to enormous size with only a few images. You may be best off just
creating a reserved folder on disk in which to store .jpg or other
graphic images of each car, and include a Text field in your table
with the filename.

Access is OK if you do it right. It really depends on what you want to
do with the photos. It's not really my area of expertise though!

What program would you suggest for using with photos?
Paint Shop Pro Album, Compupic, etc. I can't remember how good Irfan is at
cataloguing and keywording, etc. I think Adobe PhotoShop has a cheapish
album-cataloguer too.
Have you tried download.com?
