where can I download refreshie?

Now that Ian Sharp has shut down his website I can't for the life of me find
a place to download refreshie. Any suggestions, or equivalent freeware?

Thats a hard one to find but we found it! =)
The link will take you directly to the page where the file should load for
you to download.

The website is in German but the program is the English version.I suggest
you make a backup of this program so in the future if you run into this
again it won't be a problem.

I tried to "Babel Fish" it to English. Didn't work

It automatically clicks refresh on user defined IE windows. Very useful for
Webmail.
