Where can Access programmers find work?

I've been programming Access since version 1.5. I've designed and
implemented solutions for schools, jewelery stores, day care centers,
volunteer organizations, media duplication services, manufacturing, etc
etc etc. What's the best way to find work? rentacoder.com is a joke - most
the work gets seriously underbid and ends up overseas.

Any thoughts?

job boards, local entrepreneur meetings, direct mail to small business, etc.
Buy lunch for your favorite recruiter so they think of you first when they
need someone.....

Work does move overseas because of lower wages.
Programming has become a global marketplace.
People will have to adjust to that. It's not a joke.
